Maintenance
1. Cleaning of the emitter
To clean the emitter, firstly, turn off the power of the air blower, then take off the rear net cover and use a cotton swab or clean cloth dipping with ethyl alcohol to clean the emitting needle. This should be performed at least twice every two weeks.
2. Cleaning of the inlet and outlet of the air
The air inlet net and the ionized air outlet net should be kept clean to prevent blocking the airflow by using soft brush or compressed air.
3. Ion balance testing
Use the electrostatic analyzer to measure the ion balance (residual voltage).
4. Static elimination time testing
Use the electrostatic analyzer to measure the static elimination time.
5. The ion output of this DC self-cleaning ionizer is designed to be stable and fixed
The offset of the ion balance (residual voltage) may occur for being affected by voltage fluctuation, humidity of the ambient air and other factors.
The offset standard: 0V±10V.
