Application
The QT8 automatic block making machine is designed to manufacture a variety of blocks, including exposed wall blocks, interior wall block, tracery wall block, floorslab block, reinforcing dam block, inter-locking block, curbstone, etc. Eight blocks with a size of 400×200×80mm can be produced per mould. Color paver bricks can be manufactured by adding a surface material feeding device.
This block making machine uses sand, stone, cement,fly ash, slag, steel slag, gangue, ceramsite, perlite and other many industrial wastes.

1. With a rotary feeding method, the feeding speed is quick to ensure the blocks are highly dense.
2. This automatic block making machine adopts four-bar linear guidance mechanism to cooperate with the super-long guide bush, ensuring the tamper head and mould of accurate movement.
3. The machine body adopts thick-wall steel material and is manufactured by special welding, making it extremely rigid and vibration-resistant.
4. The control system adopts Germany Siemens touch screen and PLC, which creates a user-friendly interface and real-time display of the system operating status, timely alarming and prompting when a fault is detected.
