Cart-On-Track Conveyor
In the autoclaved sand-lime brick production line, the cart-on-track conveyor is specially used to move the brick load carts to go into and out of autoclaves. It can drastically reduce labor intensity and improve automation of the brick plant.
The cart traction device is mainly composed of drive unit (headstock), tailstock, cart on track, wire rope and electrical control system. Among them, the drive unit consists of motor reducer, drive wheel and pulley, the tailstock comprises pulley and tightening device, and the cart on track is composed of cart frame and wheel. One-way pushing device is equipped on the top of the frame.
Wire rope wind around the drive wheel and pulleys and is then fixed to the cart. The wheel rotates and drives the cart to move through the wire rope.
