The waterfall battering machine uniformly coats your chicken, beef, pork, fish filet, or shrimp with batter by dragging them through a curtain of batter cascading from the top and a batter pan at the bottom. As the wire belt carries the battered food past that process, an air knife comes down to blow excessive batter off of the food surface.

As the conveyor belt carries the food past the battering machine, the submerger makes sure the batter bath level covers up the top of the food. After battering, an air knife is used blow extra batter off of the food. Great for battering fowl, seafood, and vegetables.
