Considering the complicated product structure, HK Tenlita Technology Limited found that it is hard to meet the requirement by using CNC, because super high precision requirement of the stainless-steel aerospace parts were asked by the manufacturer. Therefore, 3D printing was adopted by Tenlita Model after comprehensive analysis regarding production process and cost control. Not only can the 3D printing cut the cost, but also meet the precision requirement.
