Description
The carton and box folding gluing line’s 800 type carton machine is a multipurpose packaging equipment, with a maximum blank width of 800mm. It is used for gluing small sized boxes and large sized carton.
This folding carton gluing system is equipped with an upper delivery guide plate, providing prerequisites for precise pre-folding, folding and gluing of thicker cardboard and corrugated carton. This equipment features a component interchangeability, which, when paired with an easy installation and disassembly of all debugging accessories, features a short set up time and fast changeover.
ApplicationThe TECHNOFOLD 800 – AC without pre-folding section is used for straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, and other box types.
The TECHNOFOLD 800 – PC is used to produce straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes and other box types.
The TECHNOFOLD 800 – SL is used to manufacture straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, double-wall boxes, 4 and 6 corners boxes and other boxes.
The TECHNOFOLD-800 is ideal for small and medium sized post-print packaging enterprises to produce various materials and box shapes in small and medium sizes.
