Functions and features
  • The frame of the press brake is entirely welded with steel plates, and treated for stress relief through a tempering process in order to ensure the high precision maintenance.
  • Double cylinder structure. Hydraulic top-drive, stepless pressure adjustment and high quality sealing rings imported from overseas ensure the press brake machine reliability.
  • Mechanical synchronous mechanism and the complex compensation are designed in order to improve workpiece precision.
  • Inch, single, and continuous operation modes are designed to reverse and maintain time controlled through the time relays.
  • The electric cabinet is equipped with a device to cut off the electricity when the door is open, thus improving operational safety.
Basic configuration
  • Sealing parts of the cylinder: Imported from VALQUA Japan, FIETZ Germany.
  • Cylinders: Made in china. Surface of the piston is chromium plated.
  • Hydraulic system adopts imported BOSCH-RexROTH parts.
  • Oil pump: gear pump made in China.
  • Electrical system: Most of the parts in the electrical cabinet are imported from SCHNEIDER, OMRON.
  • Position counter of the back gauge is imported from SIKO Germany.
  • Stroke adjustment counter is imported from Germany.
  • Painting: Netherlands imported paint.
