4SW Series Deep Well Submersible Pump
Introduction
The 4SW series deep well submersible pump allows both horizontal and vertical installations, and it is utilized to pump water from underground places, making it applicable for mining, domestic, agricultural and industrial applications. In this regard, it is also referred to as mining submersible pump, domestic submersible pump,agricultural submersible pump, industrial submersible pump, etc.
Feature
1. Our stainless steel submersible pump is robust, rust-resistant, pollution-free and easy-to-install. It possesses excellent hydraulic property, and it can be used with the maximum head.
2. The stainless steel submersible motor has an insulation class of F, and it is filled with special oil that makes it suitable to work at 155℃ at the most. In addition, it fits for food machinery.
3. A single-phase submersible water pump is driven by 220V-240V/50Hz power supply, and it is outfitted with capacitor, control switch and resettable overload protector. When the AC current is too large as the impeller is clogged or the AC power supply is in abnormal condition, operators could reset the overload protector manually to stop the pump in order to avoid damage to the motor.
4. For a three-phase submersible pump, it has a control box and a manually resettable overload protector which could protect the submersible motor in the same way as the single-phase one does.
5. Our deep well submersible pump could be started 30 times a hour at the most.
Operating Condition
1. Liquid temperature: Up to 35℃
2. Liquid PH: 6.5-8.0
3. Allowed solid particle content: Not over 0.01 wt%
4. Allowed solid particle diameter: Not over 0.2mm
