4SWS Series Deep Well Submersible Pump
Introduction
The 4SWS series deep well submersible pump is a wet type submersible pump, and it is more reliable than a dry type despite of its slightly higher price.
Advantage
1. This is an oil-filled submersible pump indicating that the submersible motor is filled with lubrication oil, while all the spigots are sealed with oil-resistant O-rings. On the other hand, the shaft extension is fitted with mechanical seal and pump bowl to guarantee stable sealing of the motor.
2. For our deep well submersible pump, its oil-filled submersible motor has a simple structure.
3. Since our stainless steel submersible pump is oil-filled, the stator, rotor and bearing will work in the lubrication oil.
4. There is a rubber cup at the bottom of motor, and the motor base, after placed in the rubber cup, is fixed inside the pump casing by a snap ring, thus forming a pressure holding device. When oil pressure inside the motor decreases, the rubber cup will expand under the effect of water pressure so as to keep the internal pressure of the motor comparable with water pressure. In this way, other sealing components won’t face too much burden, and this is very meaningful in improving the sealing reliability.
