The new type combined granulaton drying line for solid preparation is designed by integrating the domestic production process characteristics for solid preparation, as is the new combined operation process which effectively combines the wet granulation, wet granule processor, fluizied-bed drying, dry granule processor, material conveying, mixing, which is suitable for previous procedure process of tablets and capsules and the granule production.

The newly –designed interlocking production line of capsule and tablet is based on the technological characters of domestic interlocking production line of capsule and tablet.This interlocking production line is the latest one. It consists of wet high speed granulator, wet granule processor, fluidizing dryer, dry granule processor, material conveyor,mixer and so on, and let each machine combine with each other effectively. It is widely used for the process steps before capsule and tabulating in the production line of capsule and tablet, also it is very hot for granulating.
The process for our newly-designed interlocking production line of capsule and tablet is combined as bellow:
High speed mixing granulator, Wet granule processor, Fluidizing granulator, Dry granule processor, Vibrating screen, Mixer, Vacuum feeder, Lifting hopper machine.
The purpose of our engineer designing this line is to increase productivity, save labor. Meanwhile, the seal for this production line is very good to avoid pollution, and dust –free is achieved during the whole production process.
