Operating Principle
The operation process of spiral sand washer is as follows. In the first step,this product drives the impeller in the water groove to move like a circletransmitted by electric motor and decelerator. In the second step, this machinemixes, overturns, cleans and discharges sand or slag pellets in the watergroove.

Spiral sand washer, designed for washing, cleaning, grading and dehydrating ofmany materials such as sandstone and arenaceousquartz in many fields, including quarry, mineral, building material,transportation, chemical, water conservation and hydropower, cement mixturestation, sandstone factory, construction site, glass manufacturing and oil welldevelopment, etc.
There are a couple of features of spiral sand washer. In the first place, this product has simple structure anddebugging overfall notch plate, so high efficiencyand long service life can be guaranteed. Secondly, to avoid bearings soaked anddamaged by water, sand or some other things, bearing device of impeller driveis separated from water and materials. Compared with the traditional peerproducts, it has many clear advantages when it is used for cleaning sand inquarries. In addition to that, loss for stone powder, medium-sizedand fine sand is very limited. After being washed, grade and the fineness ofthe sand for construction can reach up to national standards, such as sand forconstruction and cobble and broken stones for construction. Except the screenmesh, there are no other wearing parts and only a few times for maintenance areneeded.
