Engine Management System
The engine management system uses a pulse technique to load specific modulated signals to the circuit and eliminate extra waves and magnetic interference. By adjusting and matching the ignition and fuel injection, our engine management system sets a more reasonable timing system in the engine module, reducing ineffective injections and improving the atomization of fuel. Correspondingly, the missing energy is compensated, the mixed gas burns fully, fuel is saved, power is improved and emissions are reduced.
In addition, our E-power car matcher regulates and minimizes voltage fluctuations, enabling the electronic equipment in use to work more stably, protecting the circuit and extending its service life.
What is an Engine management system?
A precise sensor
A multifunctional regulator
A signal-modulating generator
An efficient voltage regulator
A high frequency pulse source
Research and Development Foundation
Due to the widespread use of electronics, a continuously extended wire harness and automotive electrical appliances, the waves and electromagnetism in the small car space is significantly impacted so that the normal operations of electronic components are affected, data collected by sensors is inaccurate, the transmission signal is weakened, invalid fuel injection is increased, and spark plug ignition is less precise, leading to a low performing vehicle. In these conditions, carbon deposits accumulate, wear and tear increase, and the ternary catalytic may jam, exhaust gas may rise, the power may decline, and fuel consumption may increase. Our engine management system is a new intelligent control system particularly developed to solve these problems.
The comparison chart of the ternary catalysis before and after the car matcher installed
1 cylinder | 2 cylinder | 3 cylinder | 4 cylinder |
1 cylinder | 2 cylinder | 3 cylinder | 4 cylinder |
When the ternary catalysis is removed from the car, and a car matcher is installed: No attachments, sufficient burning, and smooth exhaust;
When the exhaust pipe is removed from the car and a car matcher is not installed: The ternary catalysis creates serious carbon deposits, poor exhaust.
