XJD-200×16pin Cold Feed Extruder
Features
1. Thescrew is a new high-efficiency pin screw which can ensure high output ofextruder and no remains when discharging. The screw is made of double-metalmaterial, its surface is hard and wear-resistance by being plate with chrome.The temperature of the screw is controlled by one set of TCU.
2. Thebarrel of the extruder is drilled on the wall to put through water for heatingor cooling. The liner is made of double-metalmaterial, having high hardness and good wear-resistance. All pins are made ofhigh-strength alloy steel and are specially treated so they have very highwear-resistance ability. The temperature of the barrel is controlled by threesets of TCU.
3. Theextruder base is designed with two-layers and integrated structure withrailway. The base is welded with shape steel and steel plate and its advantagesinclude simple structure, good appearance, stable and reliable performance andconvenient adjustment. The removal of the extrudertogether with upper layer base, away from or near to calender,is very convenient for cleaning stock in case of changing sheet size.
4. Thegear of speed reducer has an alloy steel hard tooth flank. The transmissionprecise level of gear is high, with features of anti-wear, low noise and longservice life.
5. Themotor of the rubber inner liner extruding calenderingline has a DC motor, with performance of encoder feedback, air cooling andoverheat protection. The driving is realized by a full-digital DC speedadjusting device.
6. Thehead assembly can be cooled or heated by going through water. The upper andlower components of the head are connected by hinges. All the actions ofopening, closing, clamping and release are driven by hydraulic oil cylinders.Every side of the head channel has an insert, which can be replaced dependingon needed stock output width at the head. Application

XY-211300Rubber Two-Roll Calender
Features
1. Theupper roll and lower roll are arranged in-type. The surface of roll isprecisely machined having high precision and good wear-resistance. Peripheral drillingbores on the roll can ensure even temperature on the working surface. Two endsof roll are supported by precise two–row cylinder roll bearings.
2. Theupper roll is designed to be a profile-sleeve replaceablestructure, installed with profile sheet, installed with smooth sleeve forproducing flat sheet. The sleeve can be moved and replaced quickly thoughhydraulic manipulator.
3. Thelower roll has an axis cross device to rectify the thickness uniformity.
4. The roll nip adjusting device, which is set onbearing body of lower roll, can adjust left/right nip of rolls simultaneously,as well as adjust left or right nip separately.

Features
1. Theinfrared temperature monitoring device, CCD width measuring device and laserthickness measuring device can be mounted on the take-off device.
2. Thesurface of the cooling roll is made of stainless steel and has been anti-sticktreated, so it is smooth and anti-corrosion. The inner uses jacket and axialflow structure, the rotary unions of water inlet and outlet are mounted in thenon-operation side.
3. Themachine is welded with all kinds of shape steel.
4. Thecoating device, taking the cooled rubber sheet on upper layer of front overheadas reference, taking lower layer sheet (from let-off) as accessorial sheet, hasthe profiled sheet centered and cold coated together under the control of CCDsystem.
5. Thewinding and centering device uses a CCD error correcting system to make thewind-up unit center with stock sheet to guarantee that the rubber will betidily winded up.

Features
1. Theaccessory units will cooperate with two sets (primary/auxiliary) of ¢200 pin cold feed extruder and two sets (primary/auxiliary)of XY-211300 rubber two-roll calender in producingwind-type two-layer hot coating rubber inner liner thin sheet.
2. Thecalendering accessories consist of a main take-updevice, incline-up conveyer belt, auxiliary take-up device, centering device,coating device, machine frame, cooling device, cooling conveyer belt, platform,incline-down conveyer belt, cutting device, cutting conveyer belt, movableconveyer belt and double-station wind-up device.
3. Theproduction flow is: first coat, then cool, and wind up.
