Application
The high gradient magnetic separator is used for the concentration and purification of weakly-magnetic materials, mesomagnetic materials, strongly magnetic materials, and non-metallic minerals with a granularity of under 200 mesh.

Advantages
  • The separation efficiency of the high gradient magnetic separator is extremely high, thanks to the use of a low excitation voltage.
  • The magnetic separator uses an improved magnetic system design as well as an optimum arrangement and combination of magnetic medium so that field strength of surrounding environment reaches up to 1.8T. The separator has a high ore separation efficiency due to the supply of continuous high gradient magnetic strength in the separation process.
  • Mineral coarse particles can be separated without the need for magnetic media, meaning the equipment will not easily become clogging.
  • Ore particles can be separated into scattered layers for an efficient separation.
  • The granularity range of ore separation is wide: up to 6mm and a minimum of 2-10um.
  • The separator is equipped with a coil channel cleaning system that is easily cleaned on a daily basis, with the coil design offering a service life of more than 20 years.
