The juice,tea drink sterilizer is commonly used for heating, sterilizing and coolingfruit juice and tea drinks. This plate sterilizer is equipped with material pump, balancedrum, hot water system, temperature controller and recorder, control system ofelectrical equipment and others pieces to achieve excellent performance.

The juice, tea drink plate sterilizer has high heat recovery efficiency and low energy consumption and it hascompact structure, easy to handle and maintain. It adopts semi-automaticcontrol and automatic control with PLC system and touch screen display.

Working Process of the Juice and TeaDrink Sterilizer
Firstly, juice and tea drink is fed at 25℃, and is sterilized in the plate sterilizerat 137℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. The sterilized drink isthen cooled to 88-90℃ for hot filling and packing. If unsuccessfulsterilization occurs, the juice or tea drink will be cooled to 40℃and then return to the sterilizer for the second timesterilization.
