The juice, tea drink tubular sterilizer is equipped with thematerial pump, balance bucket, hot water system, temperature control andrecording instrument, electrical control system, etc. It adopts semi-automaticcontrol and full-automatic control with PLC and touch screen display. Thehandling capacity ranges from 1t/h to 20t/h, and the sterilization temperatureis controlled within 90℃~140℃.
Features
1. The heat recovery efficiency can be as high as 90%.
2. This sterilizer allows for small temperature difference between the heating medium andmaterial. Used as the heat exchange tube, the bellows ensure high heat exchangeefficiency, less scaling, and increased working hours.
3. Our juice, tea drinktubular sterilizer can automatically control and record the entire process,starting from the CIP cleaning and self-sterilization of the equipment to thesterilization of materials.
4. It makes accurate and reliable sterilization temperature control possible,and can also realize strict and automatic control over the steam pressure,steam flow, material flow, etc.
5. The tubular sterilizer used for the sterilization ofjuice and tea drinks can resist high pressure, and also has features of easyoperation, low maintenance and low power consumption.
