NatureJuice Plate Sterilizer

The nature juice platesterilizer is used in the nature juice pasteurizing process. It has high heat recovery efficiency andlow energy consumption and it has compact structure, easy to handle andmaintain. It adopts semi-automatic control and automatic control with PLCsystem and touch screen display.

The nature juiceplate sterilizer material like plates and tubes are made ofquality stainless steel SUS304. The sterilizingcapacity is 5-50T/h. The nature juice plate sterilizer is commonly used for pasteurizing nature juice. It can also be used forpre-sterilization of raw materials in the production of nature juice.

Working Process of the Nature Juice PlateSterilizer
Firstly,the juice is homogenized at 65℃, and then is sterilized by the plate sterilizer at 120℃ for 30 seconds and finally is cooled to 5℃.
