The UHT milk tubularsterilizer is equipped with the material pump, balance bucket, hot watersystem, temperature control and recording instrument, electrical control system,etc. It adopts semi-automatic control and full-automatic control with PLC andtouch screen display.

1. Theheat recovery efficiency ofthe UHT milk tubular sterilizer can be as high as90%.
2. It allows forsmall temperature difference between the heating medium and material. Used asthe heat exchange tube, the bellows ensure high heat exchange efficiency, lessscaling, and increased working hours.
3. Our UHTmilk tubular sterilizer featureshigh degree of automation, as it can automatically control and record theentire process, starting from the CIP cleaning and self-sterilization of theequipment to the sterilization of materials.
4. It makesaccurate and reliable sterilization temperature control possible, and can alsorealize strict and automatic control over the steam pressure, steam flow,material flow, etc.
