Center Drive Sludge Scraper
Application
The center-drive sludge scraper is designed and produced for scraping and removing sludge of circular radial-flow sedimentation tanks with a diameter less than 18m used in water plants or sewage treatment plants. The center drive sludge scraper is commonly applied in sludge treatment of industries including urban construction, chemical processing, textile production, and metallurgy. The outstanding design, high efficiency, convenience, and easy maintenance result in a highly effective sewage treatment support device.
Design Details
The first sedimentation tank is a circular radial-flow sedimentation tank which discharges sludge in the center. Water flows into it in the center and is then discharged through surrounding outlets. The sludge is discharged under a static water pressure from the center mud trough.
The transmission device of the center driving drives both scraping arms and the scraper to rotate at the bottom of the pool. In this process, the slope lines on the scraper collect sludge in the center mud trough.

The scraper is composed of a work bridge, driving device, center support, center transmission frame, scraper arm and plate, skimming device, steady flow device and other parts.

Automatic Control
A control box is installed on-site. The control box has "on", "Off", "emergency stop" buttons and signal lights. A PLC control module can also be installed according to user requirements.

(2) The underwater part is made of stainless steel with high corrosion resistance, and provides a long service life.
