Peripheral Drive Sludge Scraper
Applications
The peripheral drive scraping machine is produced for sludge scraping and removal for circular radial flow sedimentation tanks with diameters greater than 15 meters in water or sewage treatment plants. This peripheral drive scraping equipment is often employed in sludge treatment for industrial applications including urban construction, chemical, textile and metallurgy. Design Details
The peripheral scraping sludge machine rotates along the top edge of the pool. The transmission part drives the work bridge along the pool surface, and the scraping arm rotates when the scrapers collect sludge into the center mud bucket. The floating slag scraper works at the same time to collect and remove the slag out of the pool.

Automatic Control
A control box is installed at the site. The control box has "on", "Off", "emergency stop" buttons and signal lights. The PLC control module can also be installed according to user requirements.
