Applications
The truss type sludge scraper is high quality sludge discharging equipment installed on rectangular advection sedimentation tanks. The machine features a simple structure, stable transmission, low running cost, and excellent scraping effects. It is ideal for sludge discharging operations in sewage treatment.

Design Details
The truss type scraper generally stops at the inlet. When the walking deceleration machine is started, the scraper begins to move toward the inlet. When it reaches the inlet, the truss car touches the limit switch, and deceleration machine is stopped. The hoist construction starts to lift the scraper. When it reaches the liquid level of 100mm, the walking deceleration machine starts to run in reverse to discharge dregs. After that, the hoist model will move the scraper to the bottom (this is the end of a work cycle).
The scraper waits for the next order to repeat the work above, until the pool bottom sludge and surface scum are removed.
Main Structures
The truss type sludge scraper is composed of a working bridge, transmission device, scraping device, travel controlling mechanism and other components.
Automatic Control
A control box is installed at the site. The control box has "on", "Off", "emergency stop" buttons and signal lights. PLC control module can also be installed according to user requirements.
