Design principle

The grid type wastewater decontamination machine is installed obliquely within sewage pipes, and forms a dip angle on the ground. The rake bars and machine rack are fixed together to separate the residue from the water with these rake bars. The wastewater decontamination machine is equipped with chain guides on both sides, there are multiple rake bars between the transmission chains for residue separating, and the rake teeth deeply penetrate into the screen bar spacing to remove the residue via the transmission chains. The grid type wastewater decontamination machine consists of grid transmission unit, machine rack, residue rakes, skimmer and electrical control unit.
