Chemical Dosing System (Injection with Phosphate)
The Depamu phosphate dosing package is a chemical injection system that uses one or more metering pumps to draw in a precise amount of phosphate liquid from the dosing tank via pipes and then discharge it to the ongoing industrial process. Other important features found on the phosphate injection system include the electrical enclosure, liquid level gauge, safety valves, pulsation dampener, and variously configured valves. This chemical dosing system also provides automatic and manual control.
Once the phosphate dosing package is under automatic control, the dosing system will send signals to the PLC, host computer, or DCS indicating the flow rate, PH level, and phosphate anion content of the chemical flow. The central control system in turn sends commands to the VFD for adjustment of the motor speed and piston stroke.
Technical Data
Adjustable range of flow rate: 0~100%
Input current signal to VFD: 4~2mA
Feedback current signal: 4~2mA
Signals indicating the operating status or faults of all metering pumps and mixers can be sent to the DCS or host computer which then tells the pump to start or stop. Depending on specific technical requirements, customers can select one of three control modes for the electrical enclosure: manual, semi-automatic, and automatic. Dosing tanks can be made in grade 316 or 304 stainless steel.
