This tractor Grapple attaches like any other 3PT attachment and the hooks are actuated by your tractor's auxiliary hydraulics. It is very easy to operate. For dumping operation, you just need to lift the hooks, lower the grapple 3PT to the ground, trip the dump latch and raise the 3PT hitch arms to dump the load.
