True to its name, the smart metering pump comes with a motor controller to give and receive analog signals that tell the motor to rotate in either forward or reverse direction. The plunger, in turn, adjusts its stroke to regulate the flow rate. For ease of operation, we offer a remote interface to facilitate motor control.
Features of Smart Metering Pump with Electric Actuator
1. Suitable for chemical dosing or metering applications where automatic operation is required.
2. The motor controller receives analog current signals of 4-20mA to achieve step-less adjustment of plunger stroke length between 0~100%. Users can operate the plunger pump from a distance using the remote interface.
3. Operating status and percentage of piston stroke are shown on the LCD display.
4. The intelligent metering pump is built to API675 standards.
