The ordinary manual bevelling machine is ideal for cutting chamfers on elbows, tee joints, elbow pipes, pipe caps, concentric reducers and other pipe fittings.

PLC controlled automatic bevelling machine is professionally provided with two power heads or three power heads. The two-power head PLC controlled automatic bevelling machine can be exclusively applied to cut grooves on elbows; and the three-power head PLC controlled automatic bevelling machine can be used to chamfer tee joints in particular. In addition, double-end bevelling machine specialized for cutting bevels on concentric reducers is available.

Heavy duty bevelling machine is our new product perfectly applicable to the chamfering on steel pipe. It can not only automatically move based on the length of steel pipe, but also bevel both ends of steel pipe at the same time.

Each cutter of this pipe beveling machine is equipped with three tools and these tools are reasonably allocated. The tools are assigned for cylindrical processing, bore machining, and plane machining respectively. They cut simultaneously, which ensures efficient cutting and standard forming, fully meeting the stable working requirement under strong cutting. The feed amount can be freely adjusted according to the cutting speed as well as the diameter and wall thickness. In addition, the sliding table can move fast forward and backward.

Features of bevelling machine
1. The beveled workpiece can be directly used for welding, with no further processing required. The thickness of the material that can be cut by this beveling machine is 5-40mm, the minimum width is 70mm, and the minimum length is 150mm.
2. The beveling angle can be adjusted at will within the range of 15 to 50 degrees. Parts replacement is not required.
3. The pressure bar and workpiece support member are freely adjustable within the calibrated range.
4. Our bevelling machine is designed with four slots which facilitate handling and fixing long, thick workpieces.
5. All workpieces to be cut are fixed firmly, and grooves can be cut from the left or right, which is flexible and convenient.
6. All electrical devices are installed in dust-free boxes, so machine operation is safe. This complies with CE standard.
